Our goal is to provide personal and involved representation to every client while we seek the results they deserve. Our office is a small litigation practice; we are a boutique, not a factory. We generally use a team approach to work on our cases so that each person’s strengths are fully utilized.
We are committed to fighting for the rights of those who are not always able to advocate for themselves. We represent the elderly and people with chronic care needs who have been abused or neglected in nursing homes, assisted living, or other facilities. We bring claims against jails, prisons, and their private medical corporations who put corporate profit above health care, and refuse to treat incarcerated people’s serious medical needs. We also bring claims against police officers’ and government actors when they engage in excessive force, and other conduct that violates the United States Constitution and people’s civil rights.
At Holland, Holland Edwards & Grossman, LLC, we specialize in civil rights law, wrongful death, and nursing home and assisted living abuse and neglect. Our cases share a common goal of protecting individuals from corporate and governmental abuse — holding the powerful accountable for victimizing others.
We believe that the privilege of practicing law comes with the obligation to serve the interests of the public. We advocate for the rights guaranteed by the Constitution, the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado.
